Law360, New York (April 18, 2017, 4:08 PM EDT) -- Macy’s was hit on Monday with a proposed class action that accuses the department store chain of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by harassing customers with constant robocalls to collect on unpaid consumer debts.
